Paulo Cesar is a Graduate Musician (ACM Guildford University – UK 2001) who has been playing, touring, recording and teaching for the last 15 years. All from studying in Holland, UK , USA to playing and working as session musician on several tracks ( vocals and/or guitar/bass) as well composing and co-producing many songs throughout the years.
